PALO ALTO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sciton, Inc. today announced that Julia Carroll, MD, FRCPC, a board certified dermatologist and fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, is presenting “Advances in Skin Laser Resurfacing” at the 23rd meeting of the World Congress of Dermatology (WCD), June 8 – 13, at the Vancouver Convention Centre, Vancouver, British Columbia. Dr. Carroll will present an overview of laser technology including the Sciton Halo™ laser which combines deep dermal rejuvenation with epidermal renewal for a combined synergistic effect without the downtime of more aggressive treatments. Halo, the next step in facial rejuvenation, combines wavelengths to create a non-ablative laser experience with results mimicking an ablative laser.

Dr. Bitter will also provide advanced clinical training on FotoFacial™, BroadBand Light™, ForeverYoung BBL, SkinTyte™, MicroLaserPeel™, ProFractional combinations and HALO/BBL combination treatments.
